1. Exceptional expertise creating web applications with HTML, CSS, JS, Ruby, PHP, & MYSQL
2. Proven ability to perfectly implement designs for dynamic, responsive web applications
3. Passionate about developing an incredible user experience for our customers
4. Strategic in problem-solving and developing elegant solutions
5. Capable of balancing speed, and the pursuit of perfection in your work
6. Detailed in testing your code so thoroughly that it rarely breaks
7. Caring, human, and teachable in the way you interact with others
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including code documentation)
9. Self-motivated to work independently with little supervision when necessary
10. Eager to continue learning and growing in your abilities with rapidly changing technology
